  • Monday

  • Thursday every 2 weeks (odd calendar weeks)

  • Saturday every 2 weeks (even calendar weeks)

Remote treatments and online sessions can additionally be arranged on the alternate Thursdays and Saturdays.

  • The practice is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator)

  • Please ring the bell at "Balance 149"

Directions

  • Tram 8 or bus 31 to the Bäckeranlage stop

  • Bus 32 to Helvetiaplatz stop (short walk)

  • 10 minutes by foot from Stauffacher or Wiedikon train station

  • Parking spaces are available around the building within white and blue zones
